So, I’ve been doing fine this past month on my restricted diet. I’ve had virtually no symptoms at all. I am slowly starting to add new foods into my diet, and am on my way to learning what I can and cannot eat.
My issue today is this: gas started to come back two days ago. It isn’t painful, but it isn’t comfortable as well. And it’s not even coming out as flatulance all the time. It just rumbles around in my intestines, causing discomfort.
I’m wondering if the magnesium supplements could be doing this? That’s the only thing that is different these past couple of days.
I just want the gas to end. I don’t like little bubbles running rampant around my intestines causing discomfort.
But, I’m not sure what I want it to be either.
